Asked Stories flooring to delay…

Asked Stories flooring to delay delivery, phoned well in advance and they said it was sorted. Phoned again when I got delivery confirmation and they said I was receiving that because they updated the address to come to them. Pallet delivery arrived outside my house. Shoddy service, wish I used a different company there's lots to choose from online with same products and prices. Unserious business just laugh down the phone. Save yourself the stress.

Very happy so far…

Excellent communication during the ordering process, quick response to emails. Chris was very helpful in arranging a discount. The flooring is yet to be delivered but so far so excellent!
