Ordered a jdm number plate over a month ago after two weeks of waiting emailed them texted their instagram website phoned they’re number cause they didn’t even give me a tracking number or anything still haven’t received nothing atall no email no text and no parcel worst place I have ordered from absolute shocking got more luck using a website which have just started !wish I never wasted my time with this website they’re useless and obviously don’t know how to do they’re jobs, scamming scums !
Really wish I’d read these reviews before purchasing. Total scammer. Zero contact from Adam despite numerous texts and emails. Don’t even bother chasing him up, Do yourself a favour and just get your bank to reverse the payment and move on with your life. Complete flog.
I ordered items on the 22nd of may the items were marked as dispatched on the 24th I have received the items today (19th June) The items themselves are good quality and if it wasn't for the delay and lack of response from the seller for such a long time I would have marked it higher
I have not received the package. I have been waiting for almost a month for my order and it is still not there. Contact with the company is terrible. They do not write back. I got a message 2 weeks ago that there is a delay because it is warm and the machine broke down. Fraud! I will never order anything from this company again!
Almost thought this was a scam.Ordered goods, email quickly received to say dispatched, but no tracking details. Weeks went by, emailed several times but no response ever. Ultimately had to do chargeback through my bank. Then magically, a week later goods arrive and an email from the company asking if everything was ok. Would not recommend or use again. Wish I'd seen the reviews here before purchasing.Update as of 07.07.23, the company has now contacted me several times chasing the return of the chargeback (which was initiated once the goods finally arrived as above). Despite the bank and myself advising the return of the cash amount would take up to 10wd, the owner (?) Adam, keeps chasing. His latest today claiming that it's now been 10 days since I advised the chargeback had been reversed. Which was on the 30th of June. 7 days ago. Not 10 days. Not 10 working days. Seriously, do yourselves a favour and avoid this sham of a company at all costs. The goods that arrive also don't match the quality of the goods in their concessions at places like the Motorist, but at this point i can't be bothered to go through any more with the company and have just written the cost off.
The items inside of the box are great, but the customer service is awful.They told me that the box was shipped when it was not even assembled yet, after a week or two they told me the same thing and gave me a tracking number wich showed for another week that the package was being prepared (i guess assembled) by the company, so they just created the tracking number to basically trick me into thinking they shipped the box.Really sad behavior, beacuse the shirts, hoodie, stickers etc. are both good loking and good quality. Hope they'll thake this more serious soon.
