No communication! Items never arrived. No explanation. No nothing. Not heard a peep have sent numerous emails & tried calling several times. Avoid this company at all costs! Just a complete & utter scam.

I’d give no stars if it was possible

I’d give no stars if it was possible. My item was ordered around 3 weeks ago and additionally I paid for 48 hour shipping. Then I was told to download an app to track my purchase with no tracking number. To then be told that my item was delivered. It had not been delivered. I’d been trying to get in touch to chase this up and it has been a nightmare. 5 emails/messages later I’d still had no response. Absolutely disappointing customer service. It is a shame because the products are good quality from what I’ve seen at car stores.

Total scammer, he charged us $196 and sent no products and he won’t reply to voicemails or emails. His business should be closed down and he should be in jail as this is THEFT.

Shocking service

Shocking service. Ordered on the 14th July item still hasn’t arrived. Tried to get in contact with them via multiple channels but zero response or care. Just going to chargeback through my bank. Awful stay away!

Get from the stall not online!

Same as everyone else. Ordered online to not receive items within time frame stated. No replies to emails until I put in the subject "bank refund" then got a response within minutes. Ordered my items on the 13th of July. Its now the 1st of August. Today I sent the email stating I would be starting a bank refund on Friday if items weren't delivered by then. I then get a email stating the owner was on holiday, I replied saying that's fine however my comment still stands to then get a refund email which is a shame as I actually like there products and wanted them. But this shows even they know they can't hold there deadlines.Real shame as there merch is good and decent quality but this will be the last time I try ordering anything from them online. From now on I will only purchase from the stall at shows.Adam if you see this I appreciate running a buisness isn't easy but you need to focus on this as you've got a great following and great products but this is clearly an issue that's been ongoing way too long and will/if not already has will tarnish the brand

Must have sent multiple emails and still no reply. Been waiting more than 3 weeks for my order. They’re happy to take my money but not reply to emails. Terrible company. Think I will be getting in touch with trading standards

Terrible, terrible, and terrible.

More than 2 weeks after ordering a hoodie and I'm still waiting for a dispatch notification. This is outside of their process/dispatch time window by the way, so I can make a dispute. Have sent 4 emails to their "customer service" email addresses and received no reply. I just want my money back at this point.

Been dealing with SS for a few years, always felt well respected as I respected them... until now. Ordered for almost 100 pounds and its now the third month despite me emailing them alot. No longer doing business or putting out a good Word for them.. bought a giant sticker from them and if I ever get it, it will be burned. Dont do business with them!
