Review Time
I placed an order on the 28th of October. I’ve sent numerous emails and was ignored. Finally got through to someone who said you don’t have a order with us. Back and forth for a while and he found my order and said it will be sent in the Monday 48 Royal Mail. Received nothing at all. Finally received a email from Royal Mail to say they have a parcel me, which is a week later than what I was told. I received parcel today in time for Christmas, but waited almost two months. Customer service is absolutely horrendous!
Took ages to arrive, which I wouldn't mind if they told you before it can take nearly 2 months to come. When I bought the hoodie it said something like 2 weeks max. I ordered as a birthday gift nearly a month in advance and it still showed up too late. They could contact people to let them know there's been a delay, or even offer a discount. Also was told it had been posted then asked a week later for an update and was told it still hasn't been shipped?? It's mainly the lack of transparency for me, if it was 2 months late but they were really apologetic and kept me updated I wouldn't be as bothered but it was me who had to chase them. Liked this brand before but since buying online won't buy anything from them again :/
ordered over 70 pounds worth off items was sent an email saying it’s been delivered never turned up to my house waited a couple of days got in to contact over 10 times emails messages everything heard nothing then emailed saying what’s your order number sent it over 3 weeks ago still nothing been nearly 2 months and haven’t been given my refund or my items
I bought floor mats and couple of stickers worth of 90euros. Its been 2 months and all ive received is comfirmation email saying they will update me with email when things get shipped. Well, ive never received that email or my order. Ive sent 3 emails asking what is going on -no replys. I also dm’ed their instagram account -nothing. What an aweful customer support. I feel like I got scammed.
Absolutely terrible. Placed an order June 22nd and after 2 months of still not receiving anything I took matters into my own hands and filed a dispute with my credit card company. Was told multiple times that my order would ship and I would receive my shipping notification enough was enough. Do not order anything from this company. You will never receive anything.
