Review Time
Refuses to accept my legitimate documentation, keeps saying the country doesn't match. I need this verification for a site which I've already had to prove KYC numerous times. Looks like they recently decided to arbitrarily start using this piece of crap service, so now I can't use them anymore. FML
Sumsub rejected the same documents that Google accepted. I Didn't get a reason from them why the ID was rejected, all I got was an email saying that the verification failed, There was No mention of what went wrong or why the documents were declined. IDK how they have so many reputable clients onboard, while their process is terrible.
Their process is terribleSubmited ok everythingI got unapproved my name doesn’t correspond to the one in the documentI wrote it in latin, not goodI wrote it in cyrilic, not goodThey say to reupload another document but I don’t have that optionI tried again, I get you reached a limit for KYC uploads. !?Wrote support, no one answers…after 3 hours they ask me if I try to do KYC. Well what else the hell you do?I’m dedicated to try to convince my clients and future ones not to use this incompetent platform.
They reject legitimate documents and there is no way to appeal or have it manually reviewed.Identity cards issued by governments (which can be verified on their websites) are rejected by them.Support is slow and doesn't really help solve the issue. In a nutshell, they say contact the company where you were trying to verify.Unfortunately some businesses trust Sumsub like anything and wouldn't activate your account if KYC is rejected by these clowns.
