The worst verification company I have ever come across to. Always using canned responses with the same excuses - ''there is no issues with our system'' - YES THERE IS! Your system is too f slow. Documents pending for 3 hours! 3 F HOURS!!Terrible service! - 0 stars....get a grip...
I wish there is an option to give 0 stars. I have been in contact with SumSub on their chat option on multiple occasions and not even once was I replied to in a decent timeframe. Every single time I have an issue with a document pending for hours at a time they always say the same thing that they are working on it and that they are busy which honestly is un-acceptable, I have worked in KYC and even had queues of documents to be reviewed and never have they waited for longer than 15 minutes, it does not take an hour to review a simple ID. Adding to this when you reach out to them they will always tell you allow me 20/30 minutes to check and 45 minutes later they reply that they need 15 more minutes, which is unacceptable as this sounds like they do not know what they are doing and winging their job. If I could I would never use SumSub again, their system sucks and so does their customer service.

It's amazing how it sprawls everywhere, now they are also verifying for Binance. But in fact the service is a joke - it's not kyc, it's a buggy ai robot, zero support and your data ending somewhere you cannot even imagine. Whoever has access at Binance pls be aware of that problem. Hopefully we can make them change kyc provider
I contacted verification support several times, because if you fail in one service the KYC verification will automatically fail in all the other services using SUMSUB as the KYC test provider.I have been in contact with them for months via email to resolve, as they provide incorrect data to their customers.I offered to verify my identity in any way even a live video call or any other request of theirs, even a report to the authorities if they asked for it.However they have not provided any evidence of this and my case is still open.Meanwhile I can't pass the KYC test for every service that uses SumSub.Consider before adopting it as your account verification provider.
I asked them to delete my data. They promise on their site and it is required by law to delete data when asked by Email. They wrote back to provide Full Name which was provided in the Email and to provide Email Adress which was not asked in the KYC process. Then they ask where I have problem with (allready made) verification. I will call the Interpol!!!
