An awful company with ridiculous rules. My passport was not approved in the FTMO This prop uses the SUMSUB system for KYC verification, and I noticed that my face and documents are blocked on all the sites that use SUMSUB system for KYC like mexc. Is this a Isn't the law ridiculous? The documents may not be approved the first time due to the poor quality of the photo or any trivial reason, why don't you give another deadline?Do you not give a new deadline? okWhy should I be blocked in all other websites that use your system?
We all live in time now where KYC and AML are essential part of our life. Most of the companies outsource this delicate and important service to 3rd party providers, and I cannot imagine how and why somebody still uses sumsub services. Having experience of dealing with many KYC providers, I can tell sumsub is the worst, least professional company that ever existed in the area of compliance. While reviewing documents, and since sumsub is neither qualified nor properly educated they make a lot of mistakes in consideration of documents and hide it under fictional policies. They have a significant staff turnover and base whole identity verification on their automatic bots with glitches. It's almost impossible to reach their customer service , and even if you reach them they demonstrate arrogance and ignorance. Stop hiring this abusive toxic company -sumsub if you care for your clients and for your business!
I was concerned about the hassle of KYC while getting registered with a cryptocurrency exchange. To be honest, Sumsub did make everything easy and smooth. I uploaded my documents and took a selfie on their platform; in a few minutes, it said that the KYC check was successful.
It takes them forever to resolve issues and answer emails. Can't find a way to save my profile and reuse it, so every time there is a verification via Sumsub, I have to do all the steps again. The "fun" part, they sometimes reject verification even though the docs are the same.
I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the services provided by Sumsub. Despite their claims of accepting non-Latin IDs for verification purposes, my experience has been entirely contradictory and highly frustrating.Recently, I attempted to verify my CoinPayments account using a non-Latin ID, as advertised by Sumsub. To my dismay, I was informed by CoinPayments that Sumsub had blacklisted me without verifying my ID or making any effort to resolve the issue. This action has left me feeling unjustly treated and severely inconvenienced.Seeking to resolve this matter amicably, I reached out to Sumsub via email. I was contacted by Vincent from the Sumsub team, who requested my email address and full name. I promptly provided the requested information on 6th July 2024, at 10:13 AM. However, despite my subsequent attempts to seek updates, I have received no further communication or assistance from Vincent or any other representative of Sumsub. This complete disregard for customer support is unacceptable.It is concerning to learn that I am not alone in facing such issues. Many others have encountered similar problems with Sumsub's verification process and their unresponsive support team. We are currently in discussions about taking legal action against Sumsub for their harmful business practices and to expose the flaws in their system that are causing significant distress to their users.I urge you to address this issue immediately and provide a satisfactory resolution. Your company's reputation is at stake, and continued neglect will only result in further dissatisfaction and potential legal consequences.
I found them on Binance, just wanted to make regular transfer. They required verification: both sides of my ID, 2 codes via email and phone bank statement and my selfie, which is a long process which I don't see the reason to do on Binance. They marked order as confirmed, but when I tried to text I received no reply or verification code from them. When I almost finished verification, they were also asking private questions, like where I took that money and where I work and the most strange part in the end of verification there is a Spam warning they made: There are a huge number of scams in the cryptocurrency space, and over 99% of our all customers end up losing ALL their money when they do not listen to this warning and are eventually convinced by a scammer to withdraw their coins from a trusted platform like Binance or OKX, to a third-party scam platform. Please confirm you will take our warning seriously otherwise you are guaranteed to end up losing all your money, just like all our other customers who did not take this warning seriously! So, after all I see that they ask a lot from you and when it comes to their part, replies are very slow, and they mark order as sent before the transfer is made from their side. I don't believe regular Binance payment must be such a pain, do not recommend them on Binance.
