Got mine last week — what a great piece of kit!It’s a total game changer for hot tubs. I also run a power washing and softwashing business, and being able to put hot water in the van is a huge advantage, especially for graffiti removal. I know it’s going to be incredibly useful during the winter months too, as warm water makes softwashing chemicals much more effective.Mark was extremely helpful — nothing was too much trouble. This piece of kit is amazing.I was a little skeptical when I first saw it advertised and spent a few weeks undecided. Eventually I went ahead but wasn't sure it could perform as well as the adverts made out. OMG how wrong could I be. It really does do exactly what it says on the tin. It heats my 1050 litre hot tub from the low 20's to 40 degrees in around 30-35 during these summer months. I now heat the hot tub half hour or so before I use it and the rest of the time its switch off. My electricity usage has plummeted and a 19kg propane refill is a fraction of the cost of leaving the tub on all the time. Build quality is excellent and back up service from Mark is exemplary. Very Very impressed.
Absolutely brilliant piece of kit. We have a venue with quite high turnaround times at this time of year, and we often struggled to get the hot tubs up to temp for the new guests, this is a problem of the past now. Pretty straightforward to put together following the instructional video and even simpler to use when its together. That said I made a mistake during set up and put something the wrong way round. I tried calling SUPA for some advice and realised as the phone started ringing what I'd done, by the time I'd hung up and sorted it, they called me back offering to help. I also misplaced my invoice and had to get in touch with them for another copy, which was promptly sent. They clearly value excellent customer service, which is increasingly rare these days. HIGHLY recommended.

Wanted to give it a 4.5 star due to the appalling assembly video which desperately needs updating. However, the performance of the hater is so so good that it had to be a 5 It’s a case of would you like to go in the hot tub. Put the heater on go and get changed? go and get changed grab yourself a beer and it’s up to full temperature unbelievable.
I seen the Supa Heater advertised online. I had a couple of queries regarding the product, so I contacted the company via their online messaging facility. Mark Thompson replied and answered my questions very promptly. I then purchased the Supa heater and it was dispatched the same day. As I'm located in Ireland it arrived 4 days later, which was great.The heater is very well packaged containing several different plastic bags containing bolts etc, clearly labelled for assembly purpose.It does take time to assemble the unit but the end product is very rewarding!!I used Mark Thompsons YouTube assembly video which is a perfect guide. I paused the video as I assembled the heater & if I wasn't sure of something I just replayed that part of the video. End result was I now have, at long last a great heater for heating the hot tub. I've been looking for a product like this for years.It's very well balanced on two wheels and easy to move around. For me personally the first time I used it I connected the outside hose to the heater. It takes my tub 1hr 30min to fill. Because I used the Supa Heater, once the tub was filled it was already 37°! Before that I had no option but rely on the electric element in the hot tub which was so slow & expensive in comparison. For me personally the pros of using a Supa Heater are, a quick hot tub turnaround & very reduced electricity bills!Since my Supa Heater rolled into town , the electric element in my hot tub feels disconnected,, because it is!!
