We were so incredibly thankful to have a platform like SupportNow as an option to help navigate the last several months with our infant in the ICU. The user experience and site is very fluid and easy to use (especially for someone not super tech savvy like myself!), and it was great to have everything in one place. We had several family members and friends who simply wanted to help in some way or another, but just didn't know how to. SupportNow makes it easy for people to help in several different ways. Not only can you give daily and weekly updates where people can follow your story, but there are several additional features you can use. Friends can help in various ways like signing up for meal trains, signing up for various tasks (that you can customize. For instance we added things like play dates with our other child), or donating funds to help with Hospital bills or things like Doordash/Uber eats gift cards.We were very happy to discover a platform like SupportNow and would highly recommend it to other families who may be going through a difficult time. Any platform that can help take some stress off your plate during tough times is a win in my book
