Review Time
I ordered the Ambassador Mecha and couldn't have been less impressed. They claim to be a luxury timepiece company from the UK, but when I returned the watch, the COO was People's Republic of China. The watch was very cheaply made. The first links do not flex, as they are actually part of the watch. The band is WAY too wide (my fault, I should have checked the specs more instead of assuming that the picture was just taken at a weird angle).At least they did take the return and refund the price, but they are officially off of my watch buying list.
Bought Swan & Edgar for my husband a couple of Christmas ago. He loves and lives in this watch every day! It is his favourite watch by a mile. Couldn’t recommend this brand more highly. Good service and quick delivery, I receive so many compliments, it looks so much more expensive than what it is!
I recently bought the Swan & Edgar Complexity Rose watch and am thrilled with it. The rose gold finish is elegant and intricate designs shows superb craftsmanship.I've received many compliments and highly recommend this high quality timepiece.
I purchased a green tourbillon. The watch is very beautiful, delivery was perfect. Unfortunately I noticed that the instruction booklet clearly states that it is a Chinese-made Aesop, i.e. a watch worth just over 300 Euros and not 2400 Euros as sold by Swan & Edgar. I reported my concerns, with reasons, photos and other documentation and they refunded me
I currently own 13 watches - this was my 14th.My collection ranges in pieces from $300-$4000 in value, and I must say, the Complexity fits in well.If you're looking for a timeless-looking watch that's at an affordable price, you'll be pleasantly surprised.It features a unique 'classic' look and honestly, you can't go wrong at the price point.It's presented in a really nice box, something that honestly isn't seen very much nowadays, making this a good option for gifting.I've found this watch receiving a lot more wrist time than I bargained for, making this a win!I am trying to find some faults, but to be completely honest, it's hard to find any for a piece that's at this price.
The ordering and deliver process was fast and efficient. My watch arrived when they said it would. It was in a box with padding to avoid damage. The watch box was very nice, a nice touch to finish off a nice product. Lovely. Would recommend.
The ordering process and delivery of my Ambassador silver and blue watch was easy and fast. The presentation box was a nice touch. I took the protective film off the bracelet and adjusted it to fit my wrist I then took the protective film off the watch face and found a small but noticeable scratch on the metal surface of the watch which was a disappointment.
