Review Time
My wife brought me a watch for our 40th Wedding annivesary last March i started wearing in September, 2 months later it started gaining 3 to 5 minutes a week after a very drawn out procedure eventually got a replacement this lasted 6 weeks before it just stopped went through procedure again to get another watch.The 3rd one arrived and the day button didnt work correctly ,by now i was totally dishearted by this luxury watch only to be told it was purchased a year ago i wasnt due a refund eventually they agreed to refund,which i am still waiting for.
Really disappointed that my 40th wedding annivesary gift has been both stressful and upsetting for my wife ,as it dosnt do what it says on their web site.And that is to work
Exceptional customer service. I had an issue with the watch and they sent me a brand new watch within a week. That is amazing and unheard of! Very happy with them. The watch is also beautiful

I bought a watch a few years ago. Moisture built up inside just by wearing it to Tenerife. The strap did not last and the watch fell off my wrist and smashed into pieces. Rather than getting it fixed I bought a Rotary, a watch with British heritage, better value and quality .
My husband purchased a watch and whilst in great working order, he noticed the hands were slightly out of alignment. After contacting their customer services we have rec'd fantastic service from Jen; facilitating the return for a replacement was made so easy. Would highly recommend

This may seem a strange review as my watch was found to be inoperable after only a couple of hours.It was such an elegant looking timepiece and so well presented. The company were so apologetic and so quick to assist me in trying to get the watch started after transit. However it still would not function.I was immediately offered my money back or a replacement. I chose the latter as I loved the watch so much and Marlon and the Customer Experience team have been so helpful in trying to resolve this issue.I wouldn't hesitate in using them again.
