Review Time
I have bought this piece for my husband for our 10anniversary in may.He hasn’t seen it yet so I hope he likes it.when it came and I opened up the box I was extremely surprised the packing is on point very expensive looking and classy.opening up the box to see the watch it was stunning beautiful time piece.
Very disappointed the Complexituy Automatic watch arrived safely in good time, but I was unable to set the time or date following the instructions. The help line was no help saying to follow the instructions. I Sent it back for refund which took 9 weeks to get back in my account. A very nice looking watch shame about the fault.
I'm absolutely delighted with my watch from Swan & Edgar! The quality is exceptional and I've received numerous compliments since wearing it. The customer service was outstanding from start to finish, and the delivery was prompt and well-packaged. The watch itself looks even better in person than online - elegant design with great attention to detail. This will be my third review for this company and also an update of how things have progressed.firstly I was contacted asking if my watch winder had the capability of both clockwise and anticlockwise.I replies that it did and would appreciate a refund for my original purchase. I was then contacted by James who informed me he was the owner of the company, he was polite and explained that their is sometimes a failure rate in the automatic movement.After a conversation James suggested that I keep the faulty watch and to accept their best seller.I asked what he would suggest and it was the complexity.Also I was offered a gift of a set of cufflinks.I was informed new stock was arriving and one would be dispatched to me.True to their word both the watch and gift appeared within 7 days.There has been follow up messages to ask if the watch had arrived and the latest message asked if I would amend/remove my previous reviews.I explained that both of these were a true account of what happened and they would remain but would update what had happened.It's nice to know that James is concerned about the review's he receives be they good or bad.Also he likes to put things right which is also brilliant.As for the watch James has assured me be there any issues to contact him directly.
Recently bought a complexity automatic in rose gold. Let me tell you the pictures do not do it justice. The packaging is phenomenal, and thoughtfully crafted, and the watch is flawless. Very easy controls to make adjustments, and the watch is comfortable to wear. In just a week of having the watch I have already received so many compliments and people asking which company and where they can buy one for themselves. 5/5 will definitely be looking into other watches in the future, and very excited to see where this brand goes.
3 months after purchasing my wrist watch, it started acting up where the time keeps on moving forward and before I noticed it the time is like 3 to 4 hours ahead. The minutes hand is acting up constantly. I tried sending emails to the company to have it fixed and send me a return label but it only fell on deaf ears!!!
