Review Time
This may seem a strange review as my watch was found to be inoperable after only a couple of hours.It was such an elegant looking timepiece and so well presented. The company were so apologetic and so quick to assist me in trying to get the watch started after transit. However it still would not function.I was immediately offered my money back or a replacement. I chose the latter as I loved the watch so much and Marlon and the Customer Experience team have been so helpful in trying to resolve this issue.I wouldn't hesitate in using them again.
I contacted Swsn & Edgar regarding a fault with my watch. They responded immediately and arranged for a postage paid return and apologies for any inconvenience caused.Am waiting on the replacement which I am told is imminent.Excellent post sales service with very rapid and courteous responses.Very refreshing in this day and age to deal with a company that does not prevaricate aor quibble when addresses a fault with one of their products.Will use S&E again. Excellent.
I am doing something unusual here by following up on an adverse review I made a few days ago.I had a series of bad experiences and was so frustrated that I reported them in the review.Very quickly I received a call from the owner of the company seeking to put my mind at ease and give me chapter and verse on how he was intending to put it right. He did this very quickly and item by item he faithfully corrected this situation.I am writing this review because it was a wonderful example of how Trustpilot and reviews should work. This time it did.I was so impressed that I am now off to order another watch. Thank you.
I purchased a wristwatch from this website and overall everything went smoothly. There was a slight delay caused by the shipping company in the country of origin, but the store management contacted me directly, explained the situation clearly, and provided full tracking details along with transparent updates about the shipment process.Thank you for the professional communication and clarification. I will share a more detailed review after receiving and testing the product.I recommend giving this store a try, especially for those who appreciate variety and distinctive wristwatch designs.
Very nice watches, as I purchased 2 for birthday presents. Unfortunately they arrived to late and I had purchased others. So returned them. There was a bit of a mess up with the return label and my refund took longer than expected.Customer service was extremely helpful in sorting out my refund, very professional, helpful, and processed my refund the same day.The biggest moan i have is that when you call the phone number on there Website, it rings and then goes to voicemail, asking you to leave Name, Number and a Short Message. But they never return your call and you are left hanging on and on and on. Please don't be put off by my feedback.The watches ⌚️ are really very nice.I'm sure i will purchase a watch ⌚️ one day for myself.I'd like to thank Bev for dealing with my emails 📧 and refund. I found the ordering experience straightforward and simple and my Complexity Watch arrived well packaged. I was delighted with the presentation and have been wearing the watch frequently . It is keeping time well and I'm getting some nice comments about it.This is my second Swan & Edgar. The Summit watch I bought five years ago is still working fine as well. I like the fact you can wear a striking watch without breaking the bank.
