so pleased with my new Complexity automatic Red watch . The quality is Excellant and it looks amazing. Reading other comments I agree, the strap could be a little longer as I can only fasten it on the third hole.Otherwise I would recommend for quality and value 👍👍
Absolutely outstanding quality watch. I bought the complexity automatic rose. From the weight, feel, movement it’s incredible. For someone who owns a number of other brands. The price alone on the watch is worth every penny. You could argue they are a £1000+ quality watch. The hands line up perfect, date and time are exact within a second. I will be taking ownership again for sure of another fantastic watch.
I have received my watch and I must say the quality is 100% I really love the watch the only thing for me is the strap is a bit short would be good if I could purchase a longer one from the website as I might have to look elsewhere for a longer one only down side to that is i will lose the buckle.I JUST WANT TO SAY THAT THE WATCH IS PERFECT BUT THE STRAP IS CRAP I MAIL YOU OVER 2 WEEKS AGO AND WAS TOLD THAT THE FACTORY IS LOOKING IN TO THIS TO GET ME A LONGER STRAP SO IF YOUR GOING TO BUY ONE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE SKINNY WRIST AS THE WATCH WILL NOT FIT YOU AND YOU WILL WASTE YOUR MONEY
My father was supposed to receive a new watch for one that developed a fault after 9 months (5 year warranty). Instead they sent the same one back not only still faulty but now damaged. They are now not responding to emails or calls so i will be escalating the matter to ResolverUPDATED AUGUST 29TH.My father was offered a brand new watch from a select range which was delivered within the week. So far so good with the replacementUPDATED 25TH JANUARY 2024Unfortunately the replacement watch is stopping on a regular basis. This shouldn't be happening to watches costing this much. I have no faith in this company or their products from our experiences so far.
