Thanks to Will

I had a great experience with Swim Now. My instructor, Will, deserves 5 stars as he was incredibly helpful in helping me overcome my fear of the water in such a short time. I really appreciated his calm and supportive teaching approach, which made learning to swim feel achievable and enjoyable. The only downside was that the pool at Pace Health Club, Radisson Blu Hotel, Chicago Avenue, Manchester Airport was extremely cold, almost freezing; which made the lessons a bit uncomfortable at times.Overall, a great experience thanks to Will’s guidance!

I was a complete beginner when I…

I was a complete beginner when I started swimming classes, and I initially felt hesitant to begin lessons at 35. However, seeing people of all different age groups in the pool made me feel much more comfortable and motivated to start my journey.Since then, I’ve gained the confidence to swim breaststroke, float on my back, and do the backstroke. My instructor, Momin, has been excellent he's patient, supportive, and really understands my strengths as well as the areas where I need improvement.Although I wasn’t able to attend classes every week due to bank holidays and summer holidays, that was entirely due to schedule, not the company’s fault. Overall, it's been a great experience.

Everlast-Hull

My son has done swimming lessons before and did not enjoy it so had to take him out. I left it a while and thought would try again but with my child having ASD and ADHD I thought he may benefit from 1:1 lessons. I enquired with swim now and from the start received nothing but 10/10 from the people providing information and offering a trial lesson so you can meet the teacher and try it out before committing to any monthly payments. My son’s swim teacher Liz( Everlast-Hull) is so committed to her job you can really see how passionate she is about teaching people to swim. Liz is very patient with him and sussed my son out very quickly and what worked and what didn’t work with him. My son and Liz have a lovely relationship and he really trusts her when he is in the water. He enjoys his lessons very much, he gets very excited about going and has thrived and learned so much whilst gaining so much confidence in such a short space of time. I am very impressed with what a great job Liz has done with him and couldn’t be more grateful for her support and dedication. We will be sad to end our lessons soon but I am sure he will always remember his lessons for all the right reasons :)

It was a great experience to do this…

It was a great experience to do this swimming lessons. I'm a complete beginner for a start, gained my confidence in waters and so far I learned different strokes and hopefully just keep building them up. Kudos to my instructor Ian, who was so patient throughout the lessons.

AVOID

This set up is a shambles. They are all over you to sign up, a promise that your child will be swimming in 8 weeks. The reality, they have taken a boy (7years old) had him so far for 13 weeks, they continue to refuse to remove the 3 armbands on each arm AND noodle (he was previously swimming with just one armband. You can’t get hold of anyone when you want to cancel.“David” clearly doesn’t actually exist. The original lady on the phone refuses to deal with anything but set ups and the swimming instructor just tells you she’s chasing them. They also don’t charge the stated price but £199 per month.AVOID

Niall Brady has been teaching my 5 year old…

Niall has been teaching my 5 year old son who is autistic and non verbal. When we started 6 weeks ago my son was terrified of water and wouldn’t even go in. Niall has worked amazingly with him and he is now swimming independently with a foam noodle. He even is happy to put his head under water. It is just incredible and I didn’t think he would progress so quickly! Thank you Niall and swim now

Dissatisfied

I have not found it the instructor have had any clear plan. He asked me once what do you want to do today?? I emailed this company but no one gets back to me. They wanted me to pay for another package although I asked for another instructor for a taster to make my mind. They didn’t want to show any sympathy or compensation just sorry you need to pay in advanced!!

Very bad customer service I paid…

Very bad customer service I paid advance payment and booked introductory session which I had to reschedule couple of time due to work schedule and availability. I heard nothing back from them in-spite of contacting several people on WhatsApp.This shows me that they are not what they say they are in terms of caring about people but simply another money making machine !

Phobic old bird

I went having never been able to put my face in water or lay on my back. By the end of first session had done a length on back with noodles and blown bubbles with face in water. Looking forward to the next 11 weeks. Thanks to Darren at swim now

Ian is an amazing swimming teacher

Ian is an amazing swimming teacher. I started lessons with a fear of water and by the end of the course, I'm able to swim lengths confidently. Ian is patient but encouraging and tailors the lessons to suit individual needs. The who process from signing up was straight-forward and I recommend Swim Now to anyone, no matter their ability.
