My son had swimming lessons with these guys and in approximately 3 months he had 3 instructors! He was making no progress at all and at £200s a month I thought i might as well call it a day. All 3 instructors were lovely but being moved to Middlesborough was more important!
I learnt to swim and my 2 girls as well through Swim Now and I can only highly recommend them to anyone wanting to learn to swim or just swim in general. Thank you for the excellent service I received from swimming instructors and excellent communication across the whole team. Wonderful.
Absolute shambles of a company, avoid at all costs. They do not pick up the phone when you need to make a booking. By the time they got back to me University was over and I was unable to use the lessons, they are refusing to give me a refund even though I tried to use the lessons and they could not be bothered to pick up the phone
Booked a short 6 week block of sessions with Danny in Sheffield. Danny was super approachable and supportive. He tailored the sessions to my individual experience and identified my strengths/weaknesses - adjusting the sessions accordingly. Arranging initial sessions with Smimnow was straightforward enough via some back and forth messaging though I would prefer just to book online and have that transparency of costs and availability online. The costs can add up, but you have to bear in mind it’s tailored 1-2-1 sessions in a quiet pool. If you need special attention or expert guidance then it’s worth it.
Jas at Hilton Cardiff was great at teaching my children to swim, they have progressed really well and always looked forward to swimming lessons with her. My only disappointment was that once they had achieved a milestone e.g 10m, they were advised they’d get a badge - but they’re yet to received it. They are not on hand with the teacher it seems and had to be ordered specifically. I think it would be better for the swim teachers to be provided with the badges to reward the child at the time of the achievement. Otherwise really pleased.
Booked taster session, realised had to pay to get in the pool £10 for 30 mins on top of £40 for lesson so overpriced £50 and my child is Autistic so we’d prob need to be in the pool everytime if not for a good while. Company reps seem pushy and money oriented. No understanding at all. Refused a refund absolute disgusting
The instructor Ching from Reading was so helpful. He is a brilliant teacher, makes it easy to learn. First time swimming and it’s been such a lovely experience, he cares about the students, teaches good techniques and also how to survive in difficult situations, body posture, exercises that will help ans also accompanies you in the water until you are confident and comfortable. I will definitely recommend.
