I ordered two items from them. One arrived. The other never did. I asked three times and was promptly informed it was due in the office soon and would be shipped ASAP.
A month after ordering and I asked for a refund for the unsent portion and three days later still no reply.
"Mysteriously" 16 hours after this review went live I got an email saying something was due to be delivered. We'll see."
Complete disappointment! Stay away! I ordered a sword for my son’s birthday a month ago. I had a fantastic experience. Despite some negative reviews, I ordered five swords for my dance troupe. The communication was excellent, and they even agreed to custom-make larger swords for me at a great price. The swords arrived with a leather scabbard and are perfectly balanced. I'm thrilled and have already recommended them to fellow dancers. They are also looking into replacement scabbards for my old swords. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

I got an order confirmation but no further updates, so I reached out via WhatsApp for information. They responded quickly each time. I took off one star because the top of the shield was slightly bent. I’ll fix it myself rather than go through the hassle of a return.
