After placing my order for the Aragorn strider sword i then read the reviews and got a little worried as i hadn't heard anything apart from we received your order, just when i was starting to think it was a scam i got a text saying a parcel from dpd will be delivered, again thinking that was spam i ignored it but came home from work to my sword after about 2 weeks. For the price I payed i couldn't be happier it really was a good buy.
Funny company. Can't contact them via their webpage, no telephone number and the ''Submit a Question' page doesn't send and why is the copy and paste function disabled?. Before I buy, I sometimes like to query what I am buying. Lots of '''good reviews'' about the products but terrible reviews about the lack of customer service so, if they are selling great products, why don't they like contact and sorting things out and why is the company so hard to contact. As the Romans used to say ''Caveat Emptor (Let the buyer beware. I will be going elsewhere. A bit suspicious even more. I was just contacted by Trust Pilot to say that if I didn't verify this review within three days they (Trustpilot) would take it offline. I am very disppointed with Trust Pilot as I have been an honest reviewer for years.
I have emailed them, I've used their contact form on their web site, I've Whatsapp'd them all more than once, I have not had a response on any format. They obviously don't want the business. I had a question regarding purchasing a sword but they can't be bothered, so I'm taking my business elsewhere.
AVOID AT ALL COSTSI placed an order for an item costing, £300.00 and have received no correspondence or update. I have emailed various contacts at the company, messaged via WhatsApp and their chat service and nothing is happening. I have requested a refund and this has not even acknowledged or processed.I will shortly be submitting a request for investigation by Trading Standards and will commence a claim shortly. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE AMATEURS!!!
UPDATE 21.03.24: They ignore any messages, so now I get my family lawyer active, and I will take from them what is possible for fraudulent activities. Let's see how long it will take, but I will definitely update here once in a while._____A wrong order was placed, I contacted the Seller, and we agreed on them changing the Swords to what I wanted. I have the proof in my E-Mail account.Since the wrong Sword was delivered, and I sent them a picture of it, asking for options to fix this mistake, I NEVER ONCE got a reply. I now wrote them a last time and if there is nothing happening I will get back to them with my lawyer, since they didn't fulfill the agreed trade.
