Bought the dragon slayer sword from this online store.Overall my experience is excellent with this website.The item was delivered quickly just in 7 days and the quality of the sword and the packing was excellent.I will highly recommend swordskingdom to anyone.
I ordered and paid for The Lord of the Rings Frodo Sting Licenced Sword £195.58 from Swordskingdom.co.ukAfter a week I still had not received any correspondence or confirmation from them of my order or a delivery date. I contacted them via their webchat to request information on the date of delivery. At this point I was told that the sword I had ordered was not in stock as the last one they had did not meet quality control and therefore would not be sent to me. I was asked if I wanted the replica Sting sword and I would be sent a complimentary free gift with it. As the replica was only priced at £89.99 I declined the offer and requested a full refund. I mentioned that as this was a special gift for my daughter I only wanted the genuine licensed Frodo sword and would wait until they were back in stock as I was told that they would be getting in more stock of the sword that I requested.I then received an email from Jessica at swordskingdom the next morning saying I have noticed you asked for a refund for the Frodo sword not in stock as you don't want the replica one.I have good news for you as we have Sting Sword Officially Licensed in stock and ready to ship.This came with two photos of what looked to the untrained eye the exact sword that I had ordered. As I am not a Lord of the Rings fanatic nor a sword expert I believed these to be photos of the same Frodo’s sword that I ordered. There was no description with the photos, no link for me to properly check them. I said that this was a special gift for my daughter and trusted that I was being sold what I had asked for.When the sword finally arrived it was clearly marked on the box as Bilbo’s sword. It was not what I had ordered, not the same size and not the same price. No mention was made of the difference in value. The one I had ordered was more expensive. I was told it was being sent to me via Parcelforce or Royal Mail. This was not the case it was sent via UPS.I immediately contacted swordskingdom to tell them that the sword I received was the wrong one. I was told that I had agreed to accept the sword in the picture on the email and they have not replied to any of my emails since. I have requested that they replace the sword I have been sent for the one that I bought and paid for but I am just ignored. When I try to seek help on their online chat I was just asked to contact an email address with photos of the swords. The email address I was given is invalid.I am left with a sword I do not want and have lost £195.58. I would be happy even now if they would just send me what I asked for and I will return the one I don’t want but as they will not communicate with me then I am stuck.The only paperwork that came with the sword was a picking /packing slip with The Knight Shop logo and address on it. I have contacted them are they are nothing to do with Swordskingdom and have no idea that their logo is being used by Swordskingdom.The name on the paperwork that the sword was apparently sold to was Ahmed Mir of Cosplay Collectibles Limited and an address in Newcastle. A basic search on Google reveals interesting information of dates and companies in this name, however I cannot make contact with this person either. Strangely the payer email address on the paperwork comes out to a dental products company. Update; 12/07/24I have emailed Swordskingdom again giving the required information to return the sword. They will not answer my emails to give me an address to send the sword back. I am within the 14 day return period. I will return the sword to the only address available that is on their website.
I’m absolutely furious with Swordskingdom UK. I ordered a He-Man sword expecting a high-quality replica, but what I got was a complete piece of garbage! It’s beyond insulting that they think they can pass off this cheap, poorly made trash as the sword they advertised. The thing looks like it was slapped together in five minutes with zero care or effort.What’s even worse is their customer service—or lack of it. When I reached out to complain, they couldn’t care less. No apology, no solution, just a shrug and “too bad” attitude. It’s clear this company doesn’t respect its customers or take any pride in what they’re selling.Honestly, Swordskingdom UK is a joke. They take your money, send you junk, and then act like it’s your problem. If you’re thinking of buying from them, do yourself a favor: don’t. Save your money, your time, and your sanity. This company is an embarrassment, and I’ll never be making the mistake of ordering from them again.
100% an absolute scam, took my £124 and sent me an instance email receipt. Then refused to send me any further correspondence what so ever, no shipping info, no follow up email, ignored my emails, there contact numbers not work and there address doesn't exist, avoid at all cost! Dont get scammed like i did
I waited a whole week and my order still hasn't come to my house. When I asked they said it hasn't passed quality check and I'd have to wait until the 26th to get it. If there was a quality problem and I'd have to wait longer surely you'll say something to me. You have my email and number it's not that hard. I said that's fine but if it doesn't come I want a refund. I waited another week and it STILL hasn't come. I'm in the process of trying to get the refund now but contacting me in these changing events surely could've been possible.
I recently ordered a sword with them, after placing order I received no confirmation email. Thought this was strange but waited around a week, still nothing. I have emailed and WhatsApp them several times and received no response. After waiting another few days I tried the online chat service which finally they replied to. They informed me that my order did not pass quality control check and hence was never dispatched, they told me to pick another sword as an alternative to the one I had ordered, to which I told them I only wanted a refund (worth over £300) and that I was not interested in any other item. They assured me this would be issued the following day, but I have still not received that refund. They have now disabled the chat service so I will have to go through my bank and then trading standards. Do not order anything from them. I wish I had read the other reviews!!!
I recently ordered an item from their store, and it arrived damaged from the US courier who picked up the order.I submitted a claim to them showing the damage, and since then I've been told in order:1. A replacement Item has been shipped. (with no tracking number)2. That I needed to contact FedEx to start a claim. (This is generally the responsibility of the seller in most cases, and no documenation states otherwise from their site)3. The Item is currently being held at customs and they will only release it once I provide a claim number from Fedex to them (This is Bullcrap because if it's held in customs then it would have a tracking number. Why wouldn't the website be willing to release that to me as proof?)Avoid these individuals or you'll be stuck going through the ChargeBack process with your bank.
