Review Time
Would give 0 stars. Being given false information, and now blocked from making contact. I ordered a sword for my son this Christmas, told it would arrive in time, prior to me ordering. And told I would get trackin. First time I asked for tracking, they said it would be dpd and to check emails in the evening. Nothing. Then I asked again, was given another courier, ups, and told to await email for tracking in the evening. Again, nothing. Over £100, and was my sons main present. Now I'm stuck as I don't have the funds for anything, and he will be the only one without a main. I'm absolutely heartbroken, and it's ruined this Christmas. Bank won't intervene until 15 days have passed from making the purchase. When I go onto my orders on their website, it now says I don't have any. Well and truly SCAMMED!
Attempted to buy butterfly knife at my son. Had picked out on this site.. I paid $95 to get nothing in return. I have not received a tracking number nor the item and I cannot reach anyone. This happened on December 5th and I have documentation to prove. It's an awful feeling when you only have so much money to buy Christmas and someone just literally steals it from you and there's nothing you can do! Do not buy from these people!!! You won't get anything in return!
The worst business I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with.Thought I'd grab a blade as a gift. Spoke to their stupid bot who told me things would ship same day, purchased and now its been some time and 0 updates.Contacting the seller gained nothing but finally the bot had a tracking number.The tracking is still awaiting collection and nothing has been done to prove they'll ship it.Luckily it was only £70 so I'm fine to contact my bank and get a refund but this is horrendous behaviour and I will be filing a charge back.Avoid this business like the plague, its horrible and should be shut down.
Similarly to others on here I paid for a sword with them and they were quick to deliver the first, slightly cheaper one, then the second one I had zero confirmation of dispatch so I tried to message multiple times, emailed and called to no avail and felt I was being deliberately ignored so I ended up having to go through the bank to get my money back.
I had ordered a sword and did not recieve any confirmation emails. I tried contacting the company by email and WhatsApp and they never responded. I contacted them via live chat and I was advised when my item would be dispatched. Again I did not receive any emails. After a few days I contacted them again via live chat and was advised of a delivery day. I waited for the delivery day and the item did not arrive. I am now 3 working days past delivery date. The company is not responding to WhatsApp or emails and now there is no live chat. I have tried to comment on the fb page under the pictures they are posting but they just remove my comments. UPDATE: since leaving the review, Swords Kingdom contacted me to apologise for the lack of contact and delay with my order which was caused through an increase in orders over the Halloween period and presented me with options to resolve the situation. On this occasion I opted for a refund which they processed the same day and I now have my money back.
Strider sword arrived in time stated and well boxed.The scabbard parts are a kind of mag alloy. Some fettling required to get small knife comfortably in its' scabbard but didn't take to much effort. Tang is rattail and nutted, although the pomel does unscrew, so not a 'live sword' per se. The actual blade is nice; relatively straight and polished to a good degree from the box. The main scabbard is covered with a fairly nice synthetic 'leather'. Overall very nice for the discounted price and the plaque included is really handy and looks good on the wall.
Ordered & payed for a sword on the 25th March 2023. Received an email stating I have to pay remote delivery charges, but no details of how to pay it. Contacted by Live Chat, I was told I would receive an invoice by email. No email received. Live Chat no longer works. I have emailed many times to 3 different emails, but no response. Now dealing with my bank for a refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!
