Had to chargeback.

Ordered and payment taken on 23rd Feb 2025. Tried Live chat 27th Feb, no responce. Live chat looks like a generic bolt on to a generic website that gets reskinned.Come 28th. Order still showing processed. Support email link said email invalid. Requested chargeback from bank. Hate writing bad reviews so if I get any positive responce from Live chat I will review or add to this experience. I will always give the Vendor a chance to investigate in case they can rectify a problem. Updated. From 1 to 4, I managed to get the webchat to work, issue investigated and arrived after a few days. Well packed and protected.

AVOID AVOID AVOIDSupposed to be a Christmas present, the item I ordered NEVER CAME and besides being promised a delayed arrival and the a refund, neither has happened. NO REFUND, regret not checking on here before buying, really disappointing to not even get a refund. This is actually theft but there is nothing I can do about it as they will only what's app message and lie and lie, its horrible that companies can get away with this, please DO NOT BUY from these crooks.

Fake company.This company/website is fake and a fraudulent seller. I have had the exact same negative experience as previous customers. The Chat Is AI , Messages and Emails claiming to have shipped the item, then excuses about waiting on courier tracking information and errors with address.The phone number is invalid and the address is empty . DO NOT USE THIS SITE. I had to contact the police. The bank Carried out a Charge back and merchant track. Unfortunately I did not view the reviews before making a purchase
