I ordered a Viking shield, but I was very disappointed when it arrived. It didn't match the description on the website; it was only 12 inches instead of the stated 24 inches and looked nothing like the authentic item promised. The image was poorly printed, and the materials used were not what I expected for a Viking shield. I was charged over £63 for this, and I’m very unhappy with the lack of customer support regarding my complaint.
This website is a scam, and I advise against wasting your time. I placed an order for a sword a week ago, and they claimed there was a website error and asked for an additional $55, even though I had already paid $183. Two days later, I was asked to pay another $40. They only respond to emails when they want more money. Even after paying the extra, they still haven’t provided tracking. I tried contacting them via live chat, but they are unresponsive.
I received no order confirmation email after order, and then no response when I emailed 24 their support email address 24 hours later. However, after 48 hours I used the webchat through the website and someone confirmed to me there that my order was being processed and would be dispatched the following week. I received a dispatch code a week after ordering (with a link to the wrong delivery company, so again seemed concerning), but 2 days later my order arrived and was as I expected!So this company's procedures have some red flags but in the end it is legit!
ordered a sword five and half weeks ago i only ever received one email. i contacted the company 2 weeks ago who told me the first sword had to be sent back as it didn't meet the standards but a new one had been sent and i would receive tracking with in a few days. i never received anything still no sword at this point i want a refund update now been nine weeks ive been promised a refund but lets see gutted
Total scam site dropshipping from other sword sellers at extortionate prices. Just find the actual UK based sword sellers and save money and hassle. EDiT: Despite your very Trump like response I am very aware of your business. You are overcharging dropshipping rip offs
What a bunch of con artists!I received a damaged Gimli axe to give to my son for his birthday. It was damaged. Photos sent as required, offered very small discount but a perfect axe is needed. Promised to send a replacement but I received nothing.Over a month of unanswered messages so I left a bad review here. Suddenly they listen and say their usual high standards have not been met so they will refund, as long as I remove my review! Blackmail. A copy of their WhatsApp follows:"We hope you're doing well.To proceed with your refund request, we kindly ask you to first remove your review. Once the review is removed, please share your card or bank details with us. Kindly ensure that the name on the account matches the billing address used during the order.As soon as we receive this information, we will process your refund promptly.Thank you for your cooperation and understanding."4 days later, after removing my review, the refund was received minus postage but a damaged axe was sent so the postage should be down to them. They aldobasked me return the damaged axe, i asked fir return postage. Still not received this so ive still got the axe.Well, 2 star review, removed to get my refund, 1 star review put back up as the service is shocking.
