Appalling. Avoid this company at all costs. I ordered an item as a gift, the company failed to contact me to let me know that the item was no longer available. The company suggested that I choose another item from their site or a refund. I requested the refund. I am still chasing this nearly four months later. Please, do NOT use this company. They will take your money and give you nothing.

Scammers, they cant provide tracking details but still claim that the order is held up at customs, which is extra strange since they claim to be a UK based company. Their Uk address is fake, and they have been telling me for months that i will get a refund. I havent. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!
These guys are honestly unbelievable.Communication is brilliant, the quality of the swords is absolutely out of this world, I have ordered the shikai zangetsu blade, the fullbring shikai blade and the tensa zangetsu blade and I cannot fault any of them and I have ordered swords from other companies but the quality difference side by side is massive. 10/10 I wish they had everything in stock that i want, I'd order everything without any worry.
All of 5 star reviews are fake. Don't try to purchase from swordskingdom. They have 2 websites. They don't give salary too. I am their Ex employee and now I will expose them everywhere. Ahmed Mir with his manager (Suleman) are running this company from Sialkot. They are not USA or UK based.
