I would give TS a zero rating if I could on there online customer service and dispute resolution. I have been a loyal and regular platinum customer, not anymore however. I have cancelled my membership with TS and will no longer buy their products. My first and only return to TS resulted in them not giving a full refund customer service was non existentHi
One of the best online clothing companies I have used. Sizes true, no hit and miss. Good Sales when they have them. Prompt delivery. Very helpful customer service team. I did need to take one request higher and it was dealt with fairly I was very happy. Great quality
Nice but very pushy sales people. If you don't like being randomly called about sales and events don't join their rewards program, had myself removed, especially as im so young compared to the clothing designs/styles I almost never bought anything there to make it worth it. In saying that, the clothes are definitely not for younger peoples (50 and under) although you can sometimes find something nice. I also wouldn't work there as they have terrible reviews on Seek and such (if you were thinking about it) clothes are adequately made if a bit on the expensive side.
TS, more than happy with on line purchases, nearest large shopping centre more than 100km away, hence on line purchases. Recently I experienced a rather frustrating event with TS, I made a purchase on line, unfortunately it did not meet my expectations, rather than post the article, I returned it to a small TS boutique to be told they could only supply a credit note which unfortunately I accepted. Made a special trip to Adelaide, found a replacement article, only to be told the credit note can only be used at a boutique TS, finally found a TS boutique only to find the wanted article was not in stock, it was sold that very morning, as I did ciheck before my journey, also was informed I cannot use my credit note for purchasing on line, the credit to be used within 30 days in store only. Warning to on line customers, post your articles for return rather than in store. Rather frustrated on line customer.
