I encountered Teaflight after searching for flights using another website. I purchased the ticket, which was a slightly lower price than other agents were offering for the flight but noticed that the ticket did not come through right away. It came through about 25 hours later in the form of two emails from teaflight. The day before my flight, I could not access the online check-in because the information provided by Teaflight did not include the correct eticket number on my ticket. I wrote to their customer service team twice and got a timely response each time. They sent me the correct eticket number and instructions for how to do the online check in. The ticket was legit, and I was happy with my flight.
They misguide you by showing better flights and then when issuing tickets they will issue budget flight tickets. They will provide lame excuse saying that they are partnering flights. for instance I booked flights from Singapore to India at the cost of 280 SGD as it was displaying as Singapore airlines. Whereas the tickets were issued for Air India. Immediately, I checked the cost of tickets in Air India website, where i was getting tickets for 200 SGD on the air India website. This is a clear cheap trick to make money from customers and with such attitude, Tea Flight can only survive for a short time. I wrote several emails to Teaflight and I did not receive any proper positive responses.
