I got flight tickets with wrong flight time. I bought this ticket online, I chose the 18.30 flight, but I gor the 6.00 am flight. Then I called the customer service, a male person answered. He said he will call back but after 2 weeks I did not get any reply. On the day before my flight I called again. This time a female answered, with a very sleepy voice. She keep saying she prefers email because she my line was breaking up. But never solved the problem
The service was terrible. This is a Chinese business. I do not recommend buying tickets through them. The prices are cheaper than elsewhere to attract you, but after you pay, you cannot contact them. I bought plane tickets from this website, but they canceled my tickets after I paid without any notification. I only found out they had canceled when I arrived at the airport. I contacted "Teaflight" company via email, and they said a refund was not possible. I lost money on my family trip and am very disappointed because everyone had already packed their bags and arrived at the airport.

I received a call from a manager who claimed they would resolve the issue by the next day, making excuses about payment issues, despite the return flight being paid for. Overall, this experience has been filled with errors and unprofessionalism. I strongly advise against using this service, even if the tickets are cheaper; the frustration and time wasted are not worth it.
