They sent me the wrong shirt and so I’ve had three weeks of correspondence where they just keep sending me an email offering me a 10% refund and to keep the shirt that I don’t like and I don’t want. Their website says that you can return the item but they say they have to authorise the return and so far I have not provided me with a return Address or authorised for the return to be made. They just stringing me along and keep offering me the same 10% discount for a shirt that I paid US$30 for. It’s a pity because the shoot is good quality but it’s just not the one I ordered
I ordered six shelves from TeeBooks and although they took a while to arrive (they're not based in the UK) they arrived inline with what the company estimated and I was provided regular updates via DHL, so I could track the order. The shelves were really well packaged and they are good quality - they look as good "in real life" as they do on the website. I might order some more in the future (budget allowing!)
