Run away from this firm ,they are broke to pay people, imagine you set a limit order and mistakenly hit your stop loss under one minute they will deny you a withdrawal, 25% profit and they can't pay you above 10% overall profit, they are weaked and broke, they changed customers care every week
I used the blocker and made my first…I used the blocker and made my first withdrawal, but the second time, they claimed that I violated the rules and did not give me the profits. They also said that I broke the consistency rule, but I did not break it. I contacted my account manager, who also told me that I did not break any rules and that we would get in touch with support. However, nothing has happened so far, and no one has contacted me. Whenever I send them messages, I do not get a response or any consideration of the issue. I do not recommend using it, and I believe it is a scam. When they see you making more and more profits, they create problems. Now they have also modified the terms to ensure greater losses, adding a condition that you should not make more than 25% profit in a day or in a single trade. They do not inform you about any rule violation except when you try to withdraw, and then they reset your account from the beginning. I strongly do not recommend it at all.
I'm reluctant to leave a negative review, but I must state that Tentrade consistently manipulates their platform. I've reported this issue multiple times to both their general support and my account manager, Amira Mohamed, yet nothing has been done.The problem is that the platform frequently freezes when I take a position. This forces me to contact support, often resulting in financial losses before the issue is resolved. Unfortunately, this has happened to me repeatedly, causing me to lose money. I've finally come to the realization that these incidents are likely intentional. Taking a conclusing to advise that it not safe to put your money on this platform.
I haven’t been able to trade due to some upgrade being made and it’s been a week..I’m new working with y’all but it’s like I threw money to thin air. I invested to make money but so far it’s been the opposite…this is very bad and has ruined my trust in TenTrade
