Avoid TenTrade – Profits Canceled with Excuses After You WinI strongly advise anyone thinking about using TenTrade to stay away. This firm canceled my hard-earned profits using a vague and selectively enforced “inconsistency rule” only after I hit 10% and requested a payout. I completed their 5 days trading period, reached the profit target, and stayed within all drawdown rules. Everything looked fine until I asked to withdraw. That’s when they suddenly claimed I violated their “inconsistency” rule. No warnings during trading. No flagging while I was passing. No issues raised until it was time to pay out. Then out of nowhere—profits gone.What makes this worse is:They gave me no proof or specific trades that broke their rule.Their support stopped responding after sending the generic “inconsistency violation” message. The only respond i get from Auto reply is bellow:"A member of our team will handle your request and contact you if needed.Please note that such requests are handle only during office hours between 09:00 - 17:00 from Monday to Friday.''The rule itself is poorly defined and was not applied transparently or consistently.I later found out they’ve canceled multiple other traders’ payouts the same way.It honestly feels like they use this as a loophole to avoid paying traders who succeed. Bottom line: If you make profits, don’t be surprised if they pull the plug last minute and find a reason to take it from you. This isn’t a serious or fair firm in my experience. This is not a honest prop firms out there.
My Payment was rejected. There should be some considerations for minor errors. I made over $2000 on two accounts , I think even if I broke a rule of making more money for that account , it should be a good thing. The company should take the extra profit and at least pay me the 10% profit cap payout. We all want to be successful. Thank you
It was a nice experience having encountered with this prop firm.With a 3k account .I requested a payout on Saturday morning and In fact I didn’t check it was Saturday since I’ve been trading only BTCUSD. And received a payout on Monday morning around 5:30AM GMT.It was quite annoying since I needed that money for something seriously.I made around $150 on the subsequence 2days and on the day 3 of trading I encountered something different from the platform ” SL got hit when market hasn’t reached my SL order”. In fact I became worried and didn’t know what to do.we all traders can attest to that fact.I went to found out at a different trading platform(trading view) to see indeed SL got hit.Just that the Tentrade broker didn’t present a real market structure or condition that is in alignment with the real trading market.but SL was triggered.I don’t know if some of us have experienced that.with this anxiety and stress I blew the account nicely.
