Tentrade was a very excellent firm that even deserves 10 star 🌟 rating, considering the fast payout, tight spread etc. But honestly the recent minimum lot size restrictions range of 0.3 on a $30k instant funded account and others will chase a lot of loyal clients like us to other firmsFirstly place yourself in the shoes of your loyal traders. Even though the lot size of gold and currency pairs are the same, their volatility is far apartSo for those of us who are day traders and swingers that trade gold, using the minimum lot of 0.3 on a $30K account with the average range of 250 to 300 pips means we will be risking over $1,000 on 1 tradeAnd that is 50% of our maximum Draw downSo how do we cope?Whoever is advising the Tentrade team should pls reconsider this minimum lot size ruleYou guys have built an awesome reputation in the past that some of us promote to our friends, it will be bad to destroy it this wayThanks
My payouts were denied after i had consistently made profits without violating any of their rules. They accused me of hedging, which is an unfounded allegation. I never did such. the same way i've been trading and getting payout previously, is the same way i traded.They made similar mistake on one of my payouts saying i violated the consistency rule, but i sent messages and that was resolved after a while.I don't know why when its time to payout then they start making up things just so that they avoid paying out. Don't get me started on their helpdesk that is really not helpful. they just send mechanical responses like its a robot.
Their former roles were better honestly. They were hard, but at least they didn't put a cap on how much max you can withdraw. Eg You have a $1000 account, they won't consider if you make more than 10% profit and they'll only pay out 70% of thatNot too mention the stuff that your largest tradiyday should only be 25% of total profits. I seriously hate these new rules
