They refused my withdrawal, reset my account and said my trades were inconsistency. I replied that I only trade the right setup. I only placed a 0.01 lot to avoid inactivity rule violation if I couldn't find a setup in a week or I was on vacation. They said they would contact but never received any.
Hello tentraderYou guys are really unprofessional in business, you have a consistent profit rule of less than 25% but your website doesn't have a tool to measure consistent profit %, such a big website but the weak IT team can't code a tool to support customers. 1 star rating for service quality, never come back to use Tentrader.
Hello TenTrade!I am pleased to hear that you have removed the three consistent, stacking, and 3-minute rules, replacing them with rules on order limits, volume, 25% profit consistency, and order step increases and decreases. However, with these changes and the lack of additional tools to support profit consistency tracking or order step management, it becomes very easy for us to violate the rules and lose profits unfairly during trading. Tentrade is simply an anti-profit trade firm. With this firm no trader can be consistently successful. They have rule to ensure they take all your profits and pay you nothing. If you read this and ignore it . I assure you , you will regret your relationship with tentrade as a prop firm .
