Not the best quality rug. It cost £90 and 3 weeks later the creases still show from delivery. Quite lightweight and thin, corners already riding up.

Item was never delivered, kept saying it was out for delivery and was him every time and somehow it would say delivery was not able to be made.No delivery card was left and no refund was made.

Great quality, lovely rug but a lot lighter in colour than expected ,

Delivered next day which was amazing, the rug was a lot lighter in colour than I expected , I ordered cream /grey but it’s actually more white / grey very light in colour doesn’t match the room I wanted and would be dirty in no time , but will find a home for it as it’s a lovely rug, l great quality and great service, will order again but will take advantage of 3 return if not suited , I hate sending things back when been opened
