I liked the look of the rug but despite following their instructions one corner will not lie flat and settle. Lots of bumps and ridges. I reached out for support but just told to try to keep flattening! There is obviously an issue with the rug as the rest of it is ok. Disappointed, not even offered compensation or option to return. Avoid!
Online company selling Rugs! Ordered a long Runner rug. It arrived rolled tightly. Took a while to flatten. However, the Runners edges were cut unevenly. Contact the company who asked for photos which were sent. They then offered a 20% refund or return the runner. Decided to keep but slightly disappointing purchase.
