I ordered a the large rug and was delivered within 48 hours! It was a little too big for the space I wanted it for so decided to order the next size down and the returns process was so simple and straight forward considering it was such a large item! The guy who delivered my new rug collected my old one too and I received my refund within 4 days of returning. I was so pleased with the overall service and the actual item itself is fantastic quality. Would definitely order from here again.
The quality of items is good value. However the site quotes next day delivery which wasn’t the service we received. Order placed on a Sunday so be in sales queue first thing Monday by 9.00 am deadline for Tuesday delivery. We received the items on the Thursday so a little disappointed in dispatch and delivery performance.
