Wayne was great. Aspects for the company to look at:The IVR has a support option which refers to web docs but doesn't actually route to a person. If you (4th Utility) are going to change the admin credentials of the router you need to make this known to the customer and communicate this far better than you do currently.
I have issue with my wifi signal at home . The coverage is extremely poor and spoke with LUKAS on the phone he listened all the issue what we have and went through some checks and and suggestions and recommended some ideas.I appreciate the way he was listening
Customer service is horrendous, no on ever answers the phone in less than 30 minutes whether you call morning, afternoon or evening. The wifi rarely hit the minimum speed. When i finally got through and cancelled, i waited 2 weeks for the return packaging. I called again, the cancellation is still in review and no timeline given. I am now expected to hold onto a router that i don't need, until they decide to do whatever they need to do on their end. SAVE YOURSELF TIME, pay a slightly higher price for Broadband, go somewhere else.
