Review Time
I'm really speechless. It was pretty good when I first started using it, but now in the tenth month, the internet speed is extremely slow or frequently disconnects. I can't even open web pages, and I can't get in touch with customer service. It seems like customer service is only for new users.
Spoke to Olu. Nice guy and very friendly and deserves 5 stars on his own. Issue was I’m currently paying for the 2.3gbs Rise Fibre, but only getting between 500 to 800mbs. Unplugged everything and did another speed test and got it up to 900mbs. I think the best option for me is to downgrade to the 1gbs as I don’t believe the 2.3gbs speed promised is actually possible. Olu great, gave all the ‘reasons why it may be slower’ but to have less than half of what’s promised with nothing on the network… somethings not right.
Excellent Customer Service from Olu!I recently contacted 4th Utility Fibre Optics customer service with three separate issues, and Olu handled all of them brilliantly. He was professional, patient, and proactive in resolving everything quickly and efficiently. I had a great experience with my advisor, Olu. After moving into my new apartment, I was having some issues connecting to the internet. After a long and tiring day, Olu was extremely helpful in resolving the problem quickly and efficiently, all while remaining friendly, positive, and easy to talk to throughout. Excellent service!
