Absolute liars

I got talked into signing up to the £25 a month, 1GB speed internet to replace my currently provider. Now that I’m with them, they are charging me £41 a month which isn’t what I agreed to and I haven’t seen speed over 200mbps?! What the hell are you doing?

OLU FANTASTIC SERVICE

OLU. Fantastic service. Yesterday our extenders caused both our phones to stop recieving WiFi. A quick call to 4th utility and 15 minutes with Olu did the trick. OLU walked me through the reboot procedure and we are up and running again. He even told me what to do if this happens again. In 14 years I never got this kind of service from Virgin. Thank you Olu, very professional service.Keep doing a good job guys and girls.Would definitely recommend 4th utility to everyone.
