From the point of making the decision to order to the point of having a working service, I could not fault the speed or communication of the process. The City Fibre engineers were also first rate, despite the installation requiring the overhead cable to be connected from quite a distance. So far, no issues to report.
What a horrible experience in 4th utility! I called around 10 times to make the correction on the price of contract due to the incorrect information at the time of registration. All the time when I called the customer service they said it will be alright and agreed to make the correction of price for me. But even after called for 10 times asking for the same request there were totally no update and even charged me more!
