It took me awhile to get through as it is Monday, but as soon as I was connected with Jairus, it was like magic that my services came back in a matter of seconds. Jairus was calm and very assertive. Thank you for the quick and great customer service. Keep it up.

Absolutely abysmal service from start…

Absolutely abysmal service from start to finish! We were sold a pipe dream and all they deliver is problem after problem! The customer service is completely and utterly as abysmal as the internet service! I live in a new build home and the pathetic router they provide doesn’t even reach the upstairs bedrooms! The only resolution they offered was that I needed to buy some WiFi boosters for my home so that I can use their internet service. I have NEVER had this before even with what I thought was the worst internet provider Plusnet!! I have complained 3 times and each time never had a follow up from their customer care department. I am absolutely disgusted with this company and they make everything so difficult if you want to try and cancel contracts. So BE AWARE - AVOID AVOID AVOID - this company is a cowboy company who will rob you blind. I have yet to hear a genuine positive review from these clowns! They are all fraudulent and AI.

Fast support for signing up but slow support for technical issues afterwards

Quick and helpful representatives to get me to sign up, but then faced significant issues with the installation. Really long wait times when needing to call and representatives are not very informed about how to resolve issues. Often notes were not added about previous calls. I told a representative I had called about and issue and she insisted I had never called about that issues because there was no note in my file. In the end I was not able to get service with them and no one could clarify why installation was not possible. I do believe it's because full fibre isn't available in my area, but instead of telling me that they just kept trying to get me to sign up for a new contract that they couldn't guarantee wouldn't also be canceled.

Avoid 4th utility broadband if your gameing

After changing to 4th utility broadband. Service was good for 14 days then suddenly I have had a moderate internet connection. In gaming this is not good and causes lagg and disconnection issues.. Contacted customer service, and they were very very poor and of no help whatsoever after waiting on their phone line for over 30 mins on multiple occasions. You would think they would know what a moderate connection means and how to rectify it, but No, they don't have a f'in clue how to sort it. Giving them 7 days to sort or I will cancel the direct debit and go elsewhere.

Quite possibly the worst decision I’ve…

Quite possibly the worst decision I’ve EVER MADE was changing over to you as my broadband provider. Since installation I’ve never had a stable connection, constantly dropping out and fluctuating speeds. My previous supplier CUCKOO although more expensive was flawless. I’m now counting down the days until I can cancel your sub standard, not fit for purpose “service”.Oh and contacting you is an absolute nightmare too. Why is your WhatsApp only for people who haven’t yet signed up??? I’ll tell you why because once we’ve signed you don’t care because we’re tied in to a 24 month contract. So for the remainder of my contract I will be telling as many people as is humanly possible how terrible you are and to stay well clear.

I called customer services as my wifi…

I called customer services asy wifi connection has been intermittent and dropping out (very very annoyingly) every 1-5 minutes. We are talking perfect speeds one moment and then zero connection the next. The nice chap told me that he could see there was connection inconsistencies when he did his tests and then said he would reboot from his end and that should stabilize the connection..which it did...for 12 hours...only now for the same in/out connection to occur. Customer services closed after 3pm on Sunday doesn't help me. I purposefully went for fibre and top speeds package to ensure I can stream without problem and so this is unacceptable. Based upon my experience so far...nearly very good ("when" it works)...but you can't wait 10 times for reconnection when you want to enjoy a movie on a day off...so sadly I can't recommend and of issue not resolved will be asking for no-fault cancellation of my contract (as they are not providing the service advertised.
