Cancelled my contract before it started as I found a better deal. They still proceeded to send the router and have not arranged a collection for it.They've sent me multiple emails saying I haven't paid the bill... I've called twice regarding these emails... both times I was waiting in queue for 30minutes.Both times they said I'll be removed from their system and mailing list but I'm still getting the emails
I had an issue getting the new router to work, and I had to call 4th utility to get some technical assistance. I was put through to CAITLIN, and even though the fault was not with 4th utility (caitlin worked out it was an issue with city fibre), she worked tirelessly to resolve the issue. I can honestly say I have never met anyone who was so committed to resolving a customer's problem. Genuinely, thank you so much Caitlin! xx
