The Black Tux made ordering the tuxedos my husband and son wore for our daughter's wedding very simple and convenient. The delivery was prompt and email communications were clear and timely. We did have to order a different size than the original jacket we ordered but the replacement was sent quickly. Returning the tuxedos is an easy process too.
I made a mistake with my event date when i ordered my tux. I put the wrong month done for my event. I realized it after the tux was being shipped. At 1 am I sent an email to customer service. By the time I woke up the next morning, the order was stopped and the rep made sure the tux was delivered on the correct date. Thank You for your fantastic customer service.
I rented a suit for a friend's wedding and everything worked out PERFECTLY! The suit arrived at my place a few weeks before so I could try it on to make sure it fit (which it fit great). It came with a suit bag so it was easy to travel with as I had to take it on a flight. Finally, returning it was simple as the box comes with all the information you need! Black Tux was great to use. Communication with customer service was great. Quality and fit of suit was on point. If I had to change one thing would be for the black tux to make some items optional and not have to call customer service. I added shoes as part of the suit but many of my groomsman already have black shoes so they would have to call customer service. Would have been great to be able to unselect the option at checkout. All else was great. Would use again to purchase personal suits.
Ordered a tux for my son for prom. I will say it helped that he’s in band and I stole the measurements from the band. The black tux was an incredible experience. Everything was as I ordered. It was easy to return. I would use again and would highly recommend!
I rented a tux for my son who was a groomsman in his sister's wedding. He is in a foreign country's military so I had no way of measuring him or a way to get him measured in a foreign country. I took in an old suit and shirt to use for measurements and the tux came in almost perfect for his new body size.
