Review Time
The tux looked and fit great . Similar to someone else's comment I read here, the offer for me to buy it unfortunately came too late--after I had returned it. This was disappointing as I would have purchased the items. Also, I was told at the store that the shoes would not be available to purchase, only to rent, but in the offer to buy that came (although late), the shoes were also offered for sale.
First of all, the tux looked great and all of the items were of the best quality. Selecting my sizes was easy and the tux fit true to size. Everything arrived on time and actually earlier than expected which was huge since I was traveling for the wedding. Customer service was fantastic when I had to update a size and made the return process super easy. Ordering and returns were a breeze!
The suit was great! I’m glad back tux gives the ability to try on a suit before the day of the event. I was able to get the correct sizes, after I spoke to customer service - they were able to do some alterations on the length of the arms. After all the suit came and it fit beautifully!Also I tried other suits for different rental companies, and let me tell you the quality of back tux is unparalleled.
I got a ton of compliments on my tux. The free try on service was great but I didn't even need it because they sent the tux 3 weeks before the event so I had plenty of time. The original sizes were too big, jacket was too big and pants were too long. I just lowered each one size and it was great
For my son’s wedding last weekend we used Black Tux. Several months back I submitted my sizes/choices on their website, and it was a very easy process. I received my rentals about 2 weeks prior to the wedding, and had 48 hours (plenty of time) to make sure everything fit just right. I had lost weight leading up to the event, so I needed to make a couple of changes on the size of my jacket and pants. I went back to the website and requested the new items, which was once again a very easy process. The new items arrived within the week giving me plenty of time to ensure that everything looked and fit just right. The quality of the clothing was top notch and my son (groom), his groomsmen, and I received numerous compliments and had no issues with the clothing/accessories. We packed up the clothing in the original box in which it came, as the return label was already on the box under the original shipping label. Once the box was sealed it was returned to a local UPS Store. It was such an easy process and the clothing was so nice. I highly recommend Black Tux!
