Excellent service all the way including…

Excellent service all the way including salespeople, personnel for taking measurements, available choices, options and fitting. Also, very good delivery options to your home and drop off at ups. The tux arrived well ahead of schedule with everything properly packed etc.

I was skeptical at first...turned out Great!

I was skeptical at first, but The Black Tux made ordering the tuxedo very simple, convenient, and the employees at the Garden City, NY kiosk were great!. The delivery was prompt and email communications were clear and timely. Returning the tuxedos is an easy process too. Maybe the best tell is this...I would recommend & use TBT again!

Luv me some (The) Black Tux!

Luv me some (The) Black Tux!Brooklyn location super convenient to Manhattan. My fitting appointment was smooth and friendly. There was a plethora of men’s formalwear options to choose from.Tux arrived early and I was very happy with the fit. No alterations required. I’d chosen the Black Watch plaid jacket option and as a result was the beau of the ball. If the bride reads this, I’ll deny, deny, deny.Thank you! I’ll be back!

Very easy to work with

Very easy to work with. I wasn’t sure my size so I scheduled a fitting and the guy who did my measurements was great. The whole process was fast and convenient. Everything shipped fast and fit perfectly

3rd Time W/Black Tux, No Issues

This is the 3rd time I've used Black Tux but the first time for my wedding. Every time I've used them, it's been super easy and the tux is always great. If something doesn't fit, they make sure you get a replacement asap. I highly recommend getting fitted at Nordstrom, but many of my groomsmen measured themselves. Also, several of them liked their tux so much that they wanted to buy it.

Tux looked great and I received a lot of Compliments

Tux looked great and I received a lot of compliments. The jacket initially did not fit (too small). But it was super easy to hop on their website and select a more appropriate sized jacket, with great guidance along the way from Black Tux website. The new jacket arrived very quickly in time for my event (within 3 days of ordering a replacement).

Convenience and style

Always great service

I have used them to be a groomsmen in 2 weddings and both times they were amazing. Attire comes on time and if you need a replacement they are super quick to get one to you. I will continue to use them if I’m in any other weddings in the future.
