Ordered a set of brakes that had the ‘box opened’. When I received the parcel, there was no original box at all and it was also missing the pouch that should have had the olives, barbs and bleed block.I emailed the company multiple times about it (no phone number available) and never got a reply.
The latest brand-name product was sold at an unheard-of discount price. When the order was delayed, Eugene made genuine efforts to propose quicker and valid alternatives and, when I stuck to the original order, he kept me informed on progress. I am delighted with the outcome.
