Terrible quality!I recently bought a phone case from the case factory Sweden and not only was the package delivered very late (around 3 weeks later than promised) I also had to tell them via email what I ordered, after not getting a confirming email about my order, due to trouble with their systems. When the package finally was delivered and I had used the case for approximately 2 weeks it was already severely damaged and “worn out”. I have been really careful with my case, not doing anything out of the normal. The case has been discolored and the sides are falling apart. I noticed the light borders of the case turning brown/ blackish only a week after I started using it.When I emailed the company that I earlier had contact with, whilst their system had troubles, I got no answers. I sent them a clear explanation and pictures about what I see as a big problem for the price that I payed. I did not get any money back what so ever, and am deeply dissatisfied with my experience. Do not buy anything from this company as they promise a quality they do not provide!

The case feels great, it's soft and grips my iPhone 13 mini really well.The charger is also really good. It charges super fast and the design is impressive. I love the embedded lightning cable; it's so helpful and convenient.
