09620202YV363772T This transaction number was an order for (2) shirts. On 01/29/24 I received one shirt that was supposed to be a 3XL. It might fit my 12-year-old grandson but I could not even get my arm in the sleeves. I would like to cancel the other shirt and get my money refunded but I guess that is not in the cards. Scam do not order.

This Company really deserves NO STARS. I'm thoroughly frustrated and disappointed. I have attempted multiple times to contact them about the shorts I purchased from them. I purchased 4 shorts all large and they were more like extra small to small. I normally wear medium to large. Even when comparing the larges side by side they were not even the same sizes... and the quality, the quality was not good. I would have never purchased these if I had seen them in public. This company will not stand by their product nor will they respond to you when you try contacting them. If you want to waste your time and money, be sure to buy from Comfy Shorts..... NEVER AGAIN!!!

Would rate even lower if I could. A scam, a really scam. They are no near real branded shorts, the size is extremely small (xl like a s) and the quality is below any anything imaginable. Before I wrote this review I tried to contact the company to see if this potentially was a mistake, I mean trusting in the faith of honesty. Never received any answer but since I ordered daily mails around offers. Like anyone with a clear mind would order there again. However, in my personal eyes a good make-up to cover the scam. Yes, you will receive pants, so they fulfil the order. However, returning or complaining impossible.

The water resistant pants I ordered for my trip to iceland were great quality and good fit. Only problem, it LITERALLY took two months to get my order!!!! I didn't have them for my trip but I live in a rainy place and I travel frequently so ill keep themso I won't EVER order from them again!!!
