Scam… beware

Ordered several shorts of varying styles. The seams were sewn in squiggly lines, everything was cheaply made and they never replied back to my emails for returns.

SCAM

SCAM! Customer service never responds. I washed the shorts in cold water per the website instructions and they shrunk. It turns out the label says DRY CLEAN. Which saves me from having to wear these poorly-made shorts which are basically nothing more than cheap shapeware. Seriously, you look like you’re wearing underwear.

Horrible customer service

I tried to return the horrible shorts and I kept getting a canned email response with no actual help. There is no physical address to send them back to for a refund. So I am now out $49 with two pairs of crappy shorts that I don’t want.

Ladies cargo pants size tall - wrong size sent

Finally found ladies' tall cargo pants, or so I thought, so I order 2 pairs, total $87.93, including a tip,( sorry I did.) The size listed was XL/Tall=34" inseam. Pants were received on 7/11/24. What they sent me were 27" inseam. Per their instructions, I took pictures of the inseam with a tape measure to show they were only 27". After at least 8 follow-up emails, I got only prefabricated responses, and no instructions as to how to return for a refund or exchange. When I tried calling ComfyShorts' phone number it was constantly busy. I complained to the BBB (8/7/24) who told me they got no response from ComfyShorts, so they closed the case on 8/22/24 (# 22106347). The cargo pants were ordered on July 2, 2024. My 8 follow-ups were sent in late July, the last being 8/3/24. I would rate zero stars if I could, and do not recommend anyone buy from these people. SCAM!
