Great product and great customer service!I purchased this knife for my husband who absolutely loves it. The knife took a while to arrive as it was being shipped to Australia, so I contacted Alvin from customer service, who sent out a new knife within 5 days and was super apologetic. The customer service was fantastic!
I sent my brother-in-law knives on two different occasions from The Cooking Guild and this is what he had to say. "The two knives that my brother-in-law gifted me from your company are fantastic! I use them daily, and almost exclusively. I don't consider myself "skillful" necessarily when it comes to knives, but these make chopping effortless! Beautiful knives and Great customer service! We had some product issues with our knives. I emailed and got a response from Alvin within a few hours! After sending in photos of the issues, a new set was quickly ordered and shipped. I received the replacements within a week.
