My wife absolutely loves this cleaver! It makes everything feel like cutting butter. It’s so sharp it even sliced our sponge when washing it. It was her favorite birthday gift this year and I hope to get her more. If there was a smaller butter or cheese cleaver just for show, that would be funny!
Love the cleaver and sheath. Really well constructed and easy to maintain without rust forming. Only knife I use now for slicing meat, as well as other food items not needing a smaller pairing knife.As far as customer service and delivery, it arrived as promised and really liked the packaging you came up with.
I love cooking and my knives.I have always been trying to find that perfect knife.then one day on Facebook I was watching a cooking off grid video.And I wanted that knife .took me a bit to find it .and Ooo WOW!!I can't go back to any other knife.i use it all the time. The cleaver is the most used and favorite knife in my house. I love the sheath for it too. It’s wicked sharp and cuts everything like butter. I am going to buy more for my family for the holidays, as well as for myself. Highly recommend. Worth the cost.

I’ve bought 2 knives from The Cooking Guild and now after constant use I was worried about how to go about sharpening the knives. I received an email response from the company quickly and was guided on what steps to take and keep them working at the same level that I received them.
I purchased the Ultimate Bushcraft Bundle. I am very happy with the quality of the leather cases for each knife. The knives are very sharp and are well balanced. I think they look great. Only thing I wish they offered a brown leather for the cases it would go better with the rosewood handles. I would like to see other knives get added to this collection. I hope they do.
