These knives are a BEAUTIFUL piece of work! I can’t stop looking at them. They’re extremely sharp, durable, and fit well in my hands. I have never owned a set of knives that make me want to cook as much as these do. I plan to replace every knife I have with every one in The Cooking Guild’s inventory! What a fantastic job y’all are doing!
They really are a beautiful set. I haven't had a chance really to use them as I have been in the process of building a home so they have just been sitting there, I don't want then to get ruined 😊 I truly cannot wait to use them. I recently purchased an 8" dynasty series chef knife. It exceeded my expectations. Not only was it beautiful, but it was wicked sharp right from the box. The balance felt a bit hilt heavy, yet when I cut the blade felt light as a feather. This is the fourth knife I have purchased from Thecookingguild.com and I doubt it will be the last. Each Knife has performed exceptionally. I would recommend any knife made by them.
Cooks, Professional and Home! I have used knives of all types for 40 yrs. Hunting, sport and food preparation. I love to cook and nothing frustrates me more not having a knife I can trust to do the job. I have many knives and spent $1000's on them like Henkles, Cutco, Benchmade and many more. All I can say is that these knives perform better than expected. I love the sharpness, weight and balance. Many can be sharp but not have all 3 requirements. Trust me you won't be disappointed!
